Our team is dedicated to providing only the services for which a patient has been referred. Should questions or concerns arise during the diagnostic or treatment process, we will contact you directly so that, together, we can determine the most appropriate course of action for both the patient and pet owner. We accept every referral with a strong sense of responsibility, not only to the patient and their family, but also to you as the referring veterinarian who has entrusted Valley Central as an extension of your practice and standard of care.

As a multi specialty referral and emergency center, there may be times when we believe a patient could benefit from evaluation by another specialist within our hospital. If this situation arises, we will always communicate with you directly regarding our recommendations and treatment considerations.

Consultation appointments may be scheduled either by your hospital on behalf of the client or directly by the client following your referral. To help us provide the highest level of care, we appreciate receiving all relevant medical records, diagnostic test results, completed referral forms, and any additional information regarding the patient’s condition or special needs.
